Q: How do I book a home?

A: There are two ways. You may book online on our website at Poolsidepalmsprings.com, or you may call Monday - Friday at 1-888-674-6336 and we’ll take your reservation over the phone. 
 

Q: How do you charge?

A: Rates are based on the length of your stay.  If you are staying less than 30 days, we take a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation which is applied to the reservation total. The deposit is entirely refundable up to 61 days prior to your stay. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further explanation.
 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All cancellations must be in writing with a confirmation reply from Poolside Palm Springs. 
More than 60 days:
Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the rent deposit paid (excluding taxes, cleaning and security deposit).
Less than 60 days but more than 30 days:
Cancellations made within less than sixty (60) days but more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit seventy-five (75%) of the deposit (excluding taxes, cleaning and security deposit). 
30 days or less:
All cancellations made within less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date will forfeit their entire rent deposit.
However, pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1951, Management will, in good faith, make reasonable efforts to re-let the property if there is a cancellation. If Management is successful in re-letting the property, Management will reimburse the rental deposit, based on the proportionate number of days that were successfully re-let in comparison to the rental period and less a 10% administrative fee.

 

Q: Are there refunds for late check-ins or early checkouts?

A: There are no last minute refunds, if your plans change, please notify our team at 1-888-674-6336 prior to 30 days before your check-in date for any eligible refunds.


Q: What are check-in/check-out times?

A: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. the date of departure. Early check-in and late check-out maybe available for your reservation for an additional fee. Please ask for more details.
 

Q: Do you allow smoking?

A: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our homes, and fines are applicable.
 

Q: What types of payment are accepted?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover card, personal checks and wire transfers.
 

Q: Check-in instructions?

A: Check-in procedure and directions will be texted to you prior to your stay. One of our associates will be in contact with you a few days before your scheduled arrival.  Some homes are keyd and some have doors that are coded uniquely for your visit.
 

Q: What is expected of cleaning upon departure?

AWe take care of cleaning our homes between stays. We ask that trash is put into the provided exterior trash cans, and dishes are clean, or have been run through dishwashers. If you need a mid-stay cleaning, please contact at our team at 1-888-674-6336.  There are complete check-out instructions provided, for your convenience, and they are included within the property manual.
 

Q: May we have visitors?

A:  While parties are strictly prohibited, we understand having occasional guests may happen. The City of Palm Springs regulates the capacity. The City of Palm Springs city ordinance and local zoning laws must be followed. Q: Do homes Internet access?

A: Yes, all homes have internet access. Instructions on how to access the internet will be provided when you check-in.
 

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Many of our vacation rentals do no allow pets due to allergy concerns. Please contact one of our team at 1-888-764-6336 as each home has individual rules regarding pets. 
 

Q: Do you provide daily housekeeping?

A: Your cleaning fee pays for a departure clean after you check out. Mid-stay cleans can be arranged for an additional fee.
 

Q: Is the pool/spa heated?

A: Pool and spa heat are available for an additional fee, which varies by house and time of year.
 

Q: Do your properties have outdoor music systems?

A: The City of Palm Springs has very strict noise regulations. No amplified sound allowed outside at any time.
